Jamie Hill is one of Canada's most successful technology entrepreneurs. He founded one of the largest
Contact Centers in Atlantic Canada 1985 and in 1993 and 1995, Mr. Hill founded two separate Internet
Service Providers, serving both provincial and national markets in Canada. In February 1997, Mr. Hill
founded his first technology Contact Center. From an initial staff of 20, Jamie's Contact Center has
grown to over 2000 employees in four centers, with major clients including Sprint, Telus and over 40
U.S. based telephone companies.
President and Chief Knowledge Officer Harold Hutchinson
Harold Hutchinson is one of Canada's technology pioneers with over 25 years of executive management
experience in the Software and Professional Consulting Industries. He has founded or assisted in founding
several IT businesses and has spent most of his career managing consulting organizations that specialized
in custom software design and implementation. Harold has worked with Fortune 500 and Report on Business
500 clients to provide executive level strategic guidance.
